Multi-functional Zn2TiO4:Sm3+ nanopowders: Excellent performance as an electrochemical sensor and an UV photocatalyst

The catalyst showed an excellent photocatalytic activity (PCA) for the degradation of TY dye due to reduction of photo generated electronehole pair recombination, thereby enhancing absorption.
