NCI’s Annual Report on Complementary and Alternative Medicine: Fiscal Year 2005

Over the past eight years the Board has introduced many new technology applications to streamline Board administrative processes, reduce data error, and provide more and better information to consumers. The first of these was Physician Profiles. In 2004 the Division reached another major milestone when it migrated Board data from several antiquated and incompatible database systems into a new, consolidated database called CLARIS. Access to Board data is now possible from a single system, improving efficiency, expanding the potential for cogent data analysis and reducing errors.
