Pharmacokinetics of ivermectin (Noromectin® ) following single dose subcutaneous administration in sheep

The present study was undertaken to evaluate the pharmacokinetics of Ivermectin (Noromectin® ) 0.2 mg/kg b.wt in Sheep. The study was conducted in four adult, indigenous male muzzafarnagari sheep (1.5- 2.5 yrs in age, weighing 23±2 kg). The plasma concentration of ivermectin was determined by HPLC.
