Roles and responsibility of stakeholders in extended producer responsibility (EPR) system: Lessons from international experience and proposal to Vietnam

In Vietnam, EPR has stipulated in the Law on Environmental Protection (LEP) 2020. Learning from the experience of implementing EPR in some countries around the world, models for producers to carry out their responsibilities in waste collection, recycling and treatment have been proposed.
