I decided on the topic "Inspire and reinforce knowledge learned English in Niger by Grade 3 by short songs" and please note that these are my little experience, it can not new but I've done and have some relative results. We hope that these experiences contribute to complement and enrich the teaching method of his colleagues.

A. INTRODUCTION <br />
<br />
In the industrialization and modernization of the country , our country is <br />
increasingly integrated into the international economy , the frequent contact with <br />
foreigners more and more . English is the international language used widely <br />
around the world to help the peoples to understand each other better . Because of <br />
that reason , English has been taught in schools across the country . Thankfully, <br />
rather than primary school English teaching is included with many textbooks mass <br />
by the Ministry of education and training expertise has helped elementary students <br />
acquainted with the English language .<br />
Although English is the primary electives . However, it has important <br />
properties beginning in the next school year in grade II . So it holds a significant <br />
role in the learning process of the children . It equips them vocabulary , grammar <br />
and sentence patterns minimal , basic , simplest revolves around the theme very <br />
close , was their favorite and familiar , is the point of introducing all relatives , <br />
friends school topics , family topics , and other topics ( the world around them ) . <br />
Therefore, to inspire and reinforce students ' knowledge is an extremely important <br />
work often. Because this affects a lot more motivated students , a basic factor to <br />
impact the process of learning a language : No child will not learn motors and the <br />
consolidation of knowledge also inculcate over the corpus of the lessons learned in <br />

learning to sing . Unexpectedly, the children enjoyed singing and sang so boldly , <br />
more open , not shy anymore , they also actively participate in lessons more , in <br />
recent years much progress students in language courses brother . But the results <br />
are not really high , but the first step to help me progress more excitement in their <br />
work. After class , a very interesting thing is I 've caught them singing short songs <br />

So this year , I decided on the topic " Inspire and reinforce knowledge learned <br />
English in Niger by Grade 3 by short songs " and please note that these are my <br />
little experience , it can not new but I 've done and have some relative results . We <br />
hope that these experiences contribute to complement and enrich the teaching <br />
method of his colleagues .<br />
B . SOLVING PROBLEM<br />
1 . Theoretical basis :<br />

programs , forms , methods to improve teaching and learning better , improve the <br />
quality and efficiency of education .<br />
2 . The actual situation :<br />
The majority of students are not paying attention and investment in foreign <br />

subject . Since then , they have some sick psychological study of English . During <br />
school hours , the majority of them are usually passive , lack of flexibility , <br />

Moreover, the long underachieving students in English , shy diffidence does not <br />
even have the aptitude to learn a foreign language . But when they heard the tone of <br />

enthusiastically . And the lyrics seem simple and not difficult for them to fear .<br />

1 . Conclusion<br />
