In this paper, phytochemical studies on ethanol extract of Ampelopsi cantoniensis led to obtain five flavonoid compounds: myricitrin, myricetin, quercetin, dihydromyricetin, and phloretin. Their structure was confirmed by NMR and ESI-MS methods. Antioxidant and antidiabetic activities of the compounds were evaluated.
