Study on the presence of oipA and dupA genes of Helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer patients

To determine the percentage of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) carrying the outer inflammatory protein A (oipA), duodenal ulcer promotion (dupA) genes, and their relationship with endoscopic imaging, histopathology, and the risk of gastric cancer.
