Summary information of Doctoral thesis: Defense function in Vietnam ‘s criminal procedure

Based on the research of theoretical issues, the current status of the law and the practice of defense function in the Criminal Procedure, the dissertation makes recommendations to improve the law and solutions to ensure the function of defense in criminal proceedings.
