Sustainable development of retail banking in Vietnam in the context of globalization: A case study at Vietcombank

In this process, VCB has achieved a lot of success, but still contains some limitations that need to be overcome. In addition, VCB continues to face challenges brought about by globalization. Based on the assessment of the retail banking services of VCB, the paper proposes solutions for sustainable development of retail banking balance with sustainable objectives of economic benefits, social benefits and environmental objectives.
