The effect of injector on diesel engine characteristics used common rail system

The injection pressure is very high, however, to increase power, reduce consumption and emission, further improvement is necessary. In this research, AVL - FIRE software was used to studying the effect of injectors to combustion chamber, the injection hole diameter related to: power, torque as well as exhaust gas on Diesel engine (Toyota Hiace 2KD-FTV).
