Currently, there is no approved guideline regarding management of patients with polycythemia vera (PCV) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) given the low prevalence. Standard maintenance therapy may be inadequate in cases where patients’ response to standard treatment show heterogeneity.
