UV spectrophotometric absorption method for the determination of isoniazid in active pharmaceutical ingredient

Simple, rapid, sensitive, precise and specific UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of isoniazid (INH) in active pharmaceutical ingredient were developed and validated. A simple double beam UV spectrophotometric method has been studied with different parameters such as linearity, precision, repeatability, accuracy as per ICH guidelines.
