UV spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of cefoperazone and sulbactam in pharmaceutical formulations by derivative, Fourier and wavelet transforms

The aim of the study "Spectrochimica Acta Part A: Molecular and Biomolecular Spectroscopy" was to develop derivative, Fourier- and wavelet-based UV spectrophotometric methods for the simultaneous determination of cefoperazone and sulbactam in powders for injection using Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatogram (RP-HPLC) as a reference method.
