This research uses the discrete choice experiment (DCE) methodology for studying customer behavior. This approach measures consumers’ willingness to pay for eco-friendly apparel products and accesses the trade-offs that consumers might accept regarding eco-friendly attributes of the product with other attributes such as origin, manufacturing technology and materials.
