Accelerated stability test

This study presents durability of environmentally friendly alkyd coating containing Tinuvin 292 (a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer) under UV-thermo-humidity condition. Coatings were accelerated under UV-thermo-humidity complex for 100 cycles. FT-IR, TGA and SEM were used to value the changes of before and after accelerated weathering tested coatings.

The calcium sensitizer levosimendan is increasingly used to improve hemodynamics in patients with acutely decompensated heart failure. By binding to cardiac troponin C the conformation of the calcium-troponin C complex is stabilized, which leads to acceleration of actin-myosin crossbrigde formation and increased force generating capacity of muscle fibers.

The nanocapsules were prepared by the interfacial deposition technique proposed in the year 1989. The required quantity of the drug and benzyl benzoate were mixed and added dropwise in the organic phase containing the polymer PLGA dissolved in the two organic solvents. With continuous stirring at 4000rpm for 1 hour, soyalecithin was added in the above mixture. Finally, the later was added in the solution of Polaxamer 188 with a continuous stirring speed of 4000rpm for 30 minutes.

This work aimed at improving the solubility of curcumin by the preparation of spray-dried ternary solid dispersions containing Gelucire®50/13-Aerosil® and quantifying the resulting in vivo oral bioavailability and anti-inflammatory activity. The solid dispersion containing 40% of curcumin was characterised by calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. The solubility and dissolution rate of curcumin in aqueous HCl or phosphate buffer improved up to 3600- and 7.3-fold, respectively.
