Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu phân tích các bệnh nhi viêm ruột thừa cấp được PTNS cắt ruột thừa. Thông tin nghiên cứu gồm tuổi, giới, áp dụng phác đồ ERAS và kết quả lâm sàng.

It was found that patients with moderate and low rectal cancers after chemoradiotherapy had many difficulties in performing laparoscopic total mesorectal excision (TME), especially in those with narrow pelvis. We conducted the study of transanal TME (Ta TME) for patients with middle to low rectal cancer receiving chemoradiotherapy before surgery to evaluate the offectiveness and safety of this technique.

Our study included 112 high risk patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our hospital. Their postoperative hemodynamic parameters were monitored in short intervals using a Swan-Ganz catheter. A ROC curve of SO2 was plotted based on the collected data to evaluate its prognostic performance for patient early postoperative outcome and probability of dying within 30 days after surgery.
