This study aims to propose a concrete process of developing a KPIs system in urban planning by the logic model, and applying it for the case of the Hanoi master plan. This study focused on the development of a recipe for protein-rich nutrition bars (NB) using dried soybeans, puffed brown rice, and whole black sesame seeds. The NB, rich in protein, was made from abundant agricultural products in Vietnam, including soybeans, brown rice, and whole black sesame seeds, which can be a solution to utilize the available agricultural resources to create a nutritious whole grain cereal product.

This study has been prepared in accordance with the objectives of evaluating and developing geothermal resources in order to bring the geothermal resources in the Konya Plain Project (KOP) Region, which includes Aksaray, Kırşehir, Konya, Nevşehir, Niğde and Yozgat provinces, to the country’s economy with maximum capacity, and to develop proposals for investments to be made. The number of overnight stays and the number of tourists outside the region should be increased by utilizing alternative tourism opportunities in the region.
