Anti-dumping

The paper will clarify provisions regarding non-market economy (NME) treatment in antidumping cases under EU’s legislation and research into the case of Vietnam - a country to which EU denies granting market economy status (MES) through analysing a number of specific lawsuits. Besides, the paper will also provide readers with practical effects of NME treatment as well as potential suggestions to improve the situation and tackle difficulties as to Vietnam.
