In this era of Industry 4.0, the application of high technologies in the management of natural resources has become more popular and achieved certain successes. This paper presents the highly feasible applications of two technologies: Big Data and Cloud computing for the macrofungal resources biodiversity management, thereby building a pilot model for the management of some valuable macro mushroom resources in Vietnam.

This research paper attempts to highlight the scarcity of articles published in the field of Sales & Operations Planning (S& OP) in supply chain management. The S & OP process allows Supply Chain Managers to balance demand and supply. Literature in leading journals are limited in the area of S & OP and there is a need to address this limitation to aid efforts to complement the demand planning process in smart industries. In 2010, it was recorded that only 15 papers were published and less than a handful of articles were written throughout the mid-2000s.

This study aims to show how analysis of such inventory and their demand popularity could be used to install small batch capacity, applying a make to order policy in the FMCG industry for non-popular items. Supply chain managers may also transfer finished goods and move single units of finished goods from an opened carton between retail outlets and warehouses before applying a make when zero policy to reduce and eliminate such unsustainable practices.

The main aim of the current study is to analyze the effect of SCC on the large information analysis capability and to analyze the impact of this big data analytics capability on the agility, adaptability and alignment of the supply chain. For this purpose, the current study used RBV as supporting the idea because the idea of RBV suggests that a firm can build its capabilities based on its resources. The data for the current study was collected from 300 employees of manufacturing firms of Thailand through questionnaires and the sample was selected through purposive sampling technique.
