To achieve the goal of safe water supply (ensuring reserves and quality of water supply) for urban areas and industrial zones, the management of water supply in Phu Yen Province is very important for the sustainable development of urban areas and industrial zones. Therefore, “Controlling water supply reserves and quality for urban areas and industrial zones in Phu yen Province to response to climate change” is a practical and urgent study.

Ebook "Postharvest management approaches for maintaining quality of fresh produce" presents existing and novel management approaches that are in use or have a great potential to be used to maintain the postharvest quality of fresh produce in terms of microbiological safety, nutrition, and sensory quality. In comparison to traditional synthetic chemicals, these eco-friendly molecules are equally effective with respect to slowing the physiological and biochemical changes in harvested produce.

In particular, immuno-histopathological analysis of biopsies sample from breast tumor showed an overexpressing of vimentin marker (68.1%) in cells which indicated status of malignant metastasis. The metastatic tumor cells in breast tumor might cause the change in blood biochemical parameters together with sepsis, thus the dog was not eligible for surgery.

Ebook "Combined stresses in plants: Physiological, molecular, and biochemical aspects" provides an analysis of all three levels of change in various plants in response to different combinations of stresses. The text provides a general review of the combined stress paradigm, focuses on the impact of higher CO2 levels in combination with other stresses, examines drought stress in conjunction with other abiotic factors in different crop plants as well as the combination of biotic and abiotic factors, and discusses the impact of combined stresses in forest ecosystems.

Many mammals are well adapted to surviving in extremely cold environments. These species have likely accumulated genetic changes that help them efficiently cope with low temperatures. It is not known whether the same genes related to cold adaptation in one species would be under selection in another species.

In recent decades, the frequency of flooding is increasing with the change of global climate. Flooding has become one of the major abiotic stresses that seriously affect growth and development of plants. Triarrhena sacchariflora Nakai has been considered a promising energy crop for utilization in ethanol production.

Early diagnosis of sepsis and its differentiation from the noninfective SIRS is very important in order that treatment can be initiated in a timely and appropriate way. In this study we investigated standard haematological and biochemical parameters and thromboelastography (TEG) in patients who had undergone surgical resection of the oesophagus to find out if changes in any of these parameters could help in early differentiation between SIRS and sepsis development.

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma initiation is most frequently caused by Kras mutations. Results: Here, we apply biological, biochemical, and network biology methods to validate GEMM-derived cell models using inducible KrasG12D expression. We describe the time-dependent, chromatin remodeling program that impacts function during early oncogenic signaling.
