This study investigates the quality of an English listening comprehension test administered to third-year students at a Vietnamese public university. The research uses SPSS statistical software to evaluate the test through descriptive statistics, reliability, and construct validity analyses. Results reveal that while the mean score indicates overall fair performance, the wide score distribution highlights inconsistencies in student achievement.

This study adopted a qualitative research method with a case study approach. First, the researcher asked the participant teacher to provide video recordings. Afterwards, data was gathered from a semi-structured interview with open-ended questions with the teacher participant and the teacher's self-reflection on her practice of code-switching between L1 and L2 in the recorded lessons.

This study conducted a survey, collected and analyzed data to identify the water pollution problem and the situation of the operation and management of the Bac Hung Hai irrigation system. From literature review and water polution management practices from other countries with similar conditions, IoT solution and proposed main system for implementing real-time observation and controlling of water quality are recommended to improve the water pollution problem and water management in BHH IS.

To evaluate the diagnostic value of PTGER4 (Prostaglandin E Receptor 4) gene methylation in plasma for lung cancer detection compared to healthy controls. Methods: A cross-sectional, case-control study was conducted on 149 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients and 100 healthy individuals. Peripheral blood samples were collected for PTGER4 methylation analysis using real-time methylation-specific PCR (MSP).

This study presents a novel polyp segmentation approach using ResUnet++. Trained on Kvasir-SEG and CVCClinicDB, ResUnet++ significantly outperforms traditional UNet and ResUnet. Its residual blocks and attention mechanisms enhance feature extraction, leading to improved segmentation in challenging cases.

The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system consumes a lot of electricity in the building to meet the demand for thermal comfort. The energy recovery ventilator (ERV) has been used in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings to save energy consumption for HVAC systems. In this study, we investigated the efficiency of ERV systems in different construction climate zones in Vietnam and the energy consumption of the sample primary school.

This paper demonstrates a successful implementation through a case study in wood manufacturing. The enhancement greatly benefited from the optimization of the production process. This study examines the implementation of the case study method in teaching National Defense - Security Education in Ho Chi Minh City high schools. A survey of 50 teachers and 200 students from three high schools reveals that while the case study method has been introduced, its application remains limited, with an average score of 3.19.
