The aims of this thesis are informed by the limitations of existing research identified above. The overall objective of the thesis is to develop and test a framework of accountant identities (accountant subtypes) inferred from stereotypical perceptions and to identify the attributes that underlie the subtypes. The initial construction of the framework is based on the accountant stereotypes identified in existing research. The framework is constructed from two dimensions based on role (tasks performed by accountants) and character (perceived personality traits).

These geochemical traits point to the adakite-like affinity for Pertek andesite-dacite porphyries, however, they present some geochemical characteristics of both oceanic slab-derived and continental crust-derived adakites and show a dual character. Enrichment in K2 O, Th, Rb, and Hf in these adakitic porphyries is mostly associated with the crust-derived terrigenous sediments during active subduction, before the Early Miocene.

In the present study, the components of genetic variation were studied in AN (Arka Nidhi) and SN (Singh Nath) for quantitative characters. The estimates of both additive and dominance components were significant for all the characters except days to 50 per cent flowering, fruit diameter, number of branches per plant and pedicel length. Epistasis (i) and (j+l) type was significant in all the traits except except fruit diameter (cm).

Twenty one genotypes including check Krishna were evaluated in randomized block design with three replications during kharif-2017 at research farm of TCA, Dholi for estimation of genetic variability among them. Genotypes varied significantly for all the morpho-physiological characters indicating the presence of considerable variability among the genotypes. Significant bidirectional shift was observed in the mean values as compared to better check, thus provided scope for selection.

The present investigation was carried out to estimate phenotypic and genotypic coefficient of variation, heritability (broad sense), genetic advance and genetic gain for 15 quantitative traits in 21 different genotypes of Garden pea during Rabi2011-12 at Vegetable Research Farm, Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (U. The estimates of genotypic correlation coefficients in general were higher than their corresponding phenotypic correlation coefficients indicating strong inherent association among the traits. The seed yield per plant had significant and positive association with number of primary branches plant-1, number of secondary branches plant-1 , number of pods plant-1 , number of seeds plant-1 , biological yield plant-1 , seed yield (kg/ha) harvest index and 100-seed weight at both genotypic as well as phenotypic levels.

In order compute genetic variability, heritability and genetic advance expressed as per cent of mean, an investigation was carried out with 79 plants of F2 population of MFC-09-12 × PGCP-12 and 90 plants of F2population of MFC-08-14 × PL-3 in cowpea. Considerably high amount of variability was observed for the thirteen quantitative and qualitative characters under study.

The experiment was conducted in experimental Farm, Regional Research Station, Anand Agricultural University from July to November 2018toestimate the extent of variability present in rice genotypes with respect to yield and its component traits. The estimates of genotypic and phenotypic variances for the characters like plant height, effective tillers per plant, number of grains per panicle, grain yield per plant, straw yield per plant, harvest index and 1000 grain weight, genotypic variance contributed larger in phenotypic variance.
