The paper explores how university financial autonomy policy information is presented and emphasized in various online newspapers using Agenda-Setting Theory and Framing Theory in the field of communication. The study analyzed 289 journalistic works from three newspapers, namely Giao duc and Thoi dai Online Newspaper, Giao duc Vietnam Online Magazine, and Dan tri Online Newspaper, covering the period from July 2017 to December 2020.

The scope of this work is threefold: (i) to develop a new model within the framework of hydro-mechanical – damage coupling that can account for the coupling between microcrack (damage), water diffusion and shrinkage at stake for concrete secondary creep; (ii) to implement it in an existing hydro-damage lattice model; (iii) to validate the model with respect to the flexural creep of Fiber Reinforced Concrete (FRC) and Mortars under high sustained load level.

This explorative descriptive design study explores the engagement between General Practitioners (GPs) and community mental health staff working to care for mental health consumers. Mental health clinicians, community support workers and General Practitioners working closely with mental health clients were invited to complete a web-based survey using Survey Monkey. A total of 653 GPs and 850 mental health workers participated in the study. Consent to participate in the study was implied by the completion of the anonymous survey.

The concept of coworking caters to freelancers and entrepreneurs who not only seek a shared office space but also be part of a socially bound group with similar ideas and goals. This is an historical study on the development of accounting in Vietnam, by examining the role of the state in the evolving professionalization of the accounting profession in the colonial and post-colonial periods. The Vietnamese accounting profession has been defined by the state, given that the development has been led by the state and subject to state regulations. Puxty et al. (1987) work which recognizes the State, Market and Community principles has provided the theoretical framework, to help understand the factors underpinning the development of the accounting profession in Vietnam.

Those living with disadvantage suffer from higher rates of chronic conditions and multimorbidities. Little work has been done to investigate how this cohort experience patient-centred care and what their outcomes might be. This study showed that as a result of a short course of treatment clients experienced better levels of health and wellbeing and decreased levels of pain and disability. Interview data suggest that this may be due to a combination of therapy, setting and relationships formed within that setting.
