The study discusses the legislative regulation of the liability of participants in international freight transportation relations as a component of supply chains, as well as the problems and prospects for its development. A review and analysis of the concept of multimodal freight transportation in the context of its application have been carried out; the shortcomings of the legal regulation of this type of transportation associated with the delimitation of the scope of various international acts and jurisdictions have been considered.

The primary objective of the research is to develop a balanced scorecard framework for construction contractors and measu re performance of contractors using that framework. The results of the questionnaire survey carried out and follow-up interviews conducted among 34 senior managers in Melbourne revealed that the above performance measurement framework is appropriate to use in a contracting organisation. Besides, the nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway and hematopoietic cell linage pathways were also enriched. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is enriched among KEGG disease pathways. RT-qPCR assays confirmed the RNA-Seq results. This study opens a new window toward the biological functions of Bex2 in different systems.

This paper presents a new model for pricing OTC derivatives subject to collateralization. It allows for collateral posting adhering to bankruptcy laws. As such, the model can back out the market price of a collateralized contract. This framework is very useful for valuing outstanding derivatives. Using a unique dataset, we find empirical evidence that credit risk alone is not overly important in determining creditrelated spreads. Only accounting for both collateral arrangement and credit risk can sufficiently explain unsecured credit costs.

Numerical simulation have been carried out to observe and predict the mechanisms of stationary mixed flows in a free surface channel combined with a closed conduit. This study has been conducted with a wide range of discharge values, based on a free rectangular channel (4.5x0.98x0.50 m) at the upstream combined with a closed rectangular conduit (4.5 m length), located at the end of the channel. The height of the conduit is fixed at 100 mm and the conduit width is varied to form several other geometrical configurations.
