Đề cương cung cấp các kiến thức cơ bản trong lĩnh vực máy học đồng thời tiếp cận các hướng tiếp cận máy học hiện đại như thuật toán học sâu (Deep Learning) để ứng dụng giải quyết một số bài toán trong thực tế. Qua môn học này sinh viên có thể hiểu và cài đặt được kiến trúc mạng Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) với các framework nổi tiếng như Tensorflow và Pytorch.

Nghiên cứu này tập trung vào việc nhận dạng giọng nói bằng hai bộ công cụ: Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) kết hợp với Support Vector Machine (SVM) và mạng nơ-ron tích chập (Convolution Neural Network - CNN). Sau khi thu được bộ dữ liệu đặc trưng của âm thanh Mel Frequency Celtral Coefficient (MFCC), các dữ liệu này sẽ được sử dụng để huấn luyện các mô hình phân loại.

Bài viết này nhằm giải quyết vấn đề bằng cách sử dụng mô hình học máy Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Network (Faster R-CNN) để phân loại nấm ăn được và nấm độc. Mô hình Faster R-CNN được huấn luyện trên tập dữ liệu hình ảnh nấm đa dạng, tập trung vào các đặc điểm hình dạng, màu sắc và kết cấu. Sau quá trình huấn luyện, mô hình đã đạt độ chính xác ấn tượng lên đến 99,10% trong việc phân loại nấm.

In this study, we utilized the YOLO (You Only Look Once) model to evaluate the performance of real-time vehicle detection and classification. Additionally, we adjusted the learning rate parameter to achieve optimal performance.

In this paper, author uses 8-bit fixed-point quantization to greatly reduce the memory space requirement of the feature maps and weights and the accuracy of LeNet-5 with MNIST dataset is only slightly reduced. In the hardware accelerator, author proposes a highly flexible CNN accelerator with reconfigurable layers.

Ultra-wideband (UWB) radars are getting much attention for maritime applications of smart and luxury ships in which UWB radar could be integrated into Bridge Navigational Watch & Alarm System - BNWAS. One of the interesting applications of UWB radar is vital signs measurement, which is a contactless method. UWB radar measures respiration and heartbeat rate by the motion of thorax for detecting and checking the state of people on the bridge.

This paper introduces the application of artificial intelligence to build a security control software system in local military units. This software system uses state-of-the-art convolutional neural networks (CNN SOTA) for facial recognition by testing two of the best facial recognition models currently available: the FaceNet model and the VGGFace model.

The process of neural stem cell (NSC) differentiation into neurons is crucial for the development of potential cell-centered treatments for central nervous system disorders. However, predicting, identifying, and anticipating this differentiation is complex. In this study, we propose the implementation of a convolutional neural network model for the predictable recognition of NSC fate, utilizing single-cell brightfield images.

Accurate forecasting of the electrical load is a critical element for grid operators to make well-informed decisions concerning electricity generation, transmission, and distribution. In this study, an Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) model was proposed and compared with four other machine learning models including Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU).

Nghiên cứu này nhằm thử nghiệm, đánh giá khả năng ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo (artifi cial intelligence – AI) trong tự động hóa chẩn đoán bệnh trên tôm sú (Penaeus monodon). Kết quả thực nghiệm trên 4 mẫu bệnh: đen mang, đốm đen, đốm trắng và hoại tử cơ cho thấy hệ thống chẩn đoán hình ảnh đạt độ chính xác cao nhất 87,58% với mô hình mạng neural tích chập (convolutional neural network - CNN) Effi cientNet-B4 có áp dụng kỹ thuật học chuyển giao (transfer learning).

Therefore, a highly accurate energy consumption forecast is essential to provide valuable information for efficient energy distribution and storage. This study proposed a hybrid deep learning model, called I-CNN-JS, by incorporating a jellyfish search (JS) algorithm into an ImageNetwinning convolutional neural network (I-CNN) to predict weekahead energy consumption.
