Cystic hygroma

Bài viết trình bày đánh giá bất thường di truyền ở thai nhi có tăng khoảng sáng sau gáy (KSSG) hoặc Cystic Hygroma (CH) vùng gáy. Đối tượng: 33 thai nhi có kết quả siêu âm tăng KSSG hoặc CH vùng gáy được tiến hành chọc hút lấy mẫu dịch ối để chẩn đoán di truyền trước sinh bằng kỹ thuật SNP array và lập công thức nhiễm sắc thể (karyotyping) tại bệnh viện phụ sản Trung Ương.
