This paper develops an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model based on 96 experimental data to forecast the dynamic modulus of asphalt concrete mixtures. In this paper, we investigated the factors influencing the adoption of electric motorcycles in two major cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. A paper-based questionnaire was proposed.
