The development a of highly efficient self-powered photodetector is a critical area of research for optoelectronic applications and the Internet of Things (IoT). In2S3 thin films grown using the spray pyrolysis technique were used rto develop self-powered photodetectors. The structural, optical, morphological, elemental, compositional and electrical characterization of the thin films were carried out for optimization.

Microstructural, optical, AC dielectric impedance, and conductivity properties of pure PVA and PVA: NaSe SCF samples doped with various NaSe salt fillers were investigated. The XRD study confirmed the semicrystalline structure of the PolVA:NaSe SCF samples which explicated the semi-crystalline nature of the pure PolVA as a matrix.

CuAlS2 thin films were deposited by a dip coating technique at room temperature. The X-ray energy dispersive (EDAX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis showed that the deposited CuAlS2 thin film is nearly stoichiometric and possesses a tetragonal unit cell structure.

In this work, we have use a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition process (PECVD) to grow the SiNWs from Al thin films directly deposited on quartz substrates, the Al-catalyzed SiNWs thus obtained have been characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and electrical measurements, including field- effect transistor evaluations.

Changes in structural and morphological properties of UV-aged samples were characterized by various analytical methods such as attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATRFTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM).

The design of a high-performance ultrasound transducer ultimately plays an important role in determining the quality of the image. The simulation based COMSOL Multiphysics (Finite Element Model -FEM) is the most powerful and accurate tool available for this application.
