This study investigates the impact of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on Job Performance (JP), with a focus on the mediating roles of perceived green organizational support. Drawing on data collected from employees in Vietnamese enterprises, the research utilizes PLS-SEM to examine the relationships between GHRM and job performance outcomes.

This paper examines the relationship between employee commitment and supply chain integration dimensions by Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) to explain several performance measures, such as flexibility, delivery, quality, inventory and customer satisfaction. So three elements shape leadership in Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory as a relationship and process are investigated.
