In an attempt to assist countries in formulating fiscal policies that ensure the realization of national priorities and the operation of sustainable development agenda at the national level, the UN proposed a new tool, the Integrated National Financing Frameworks. This paper is an effort to apply the Framework in assessing the readiness of the planning and budgeting system to mainstream GEWE objectives and proposing practical solutions to increase the readiness and transform it into actions.

The impact of the supply chain management (SCM) greatly influences the form of professional commitment that has a good impact toward its institution. The objective of this research was to find out and to analyze the influence of empowerment, supply chain management, and job involvement toward professional commitment through the company system. The sample of this research was taken by using proportional random sampling. The samples were the Women Navy Corps consisted of 160 respondents from the total of 250 Women Navy Corps.

Agripreneurs were agricultural entrepreneurs. This study focused on entrepreneurial behavior of women agripreneurs. Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu was selected as it had highest female work participation rate (42.8%). Out of four taluks, Namakkal and Paramathi velur taluk was selected since it had the greatest number of agro-based enterprises.

This study assessed the empowerment of dairy women by developing an index by adopting a systematic procedure; seven dimensions under women empowerment were selected namely social, economic, psychological, cultural, political, legal and technological empowerment. The Normalised Rank Order Method was used for determining the scale values. These dimensions were ranked according to judges‟ perceived significance and proportions were calculated accordingly while determining the values for each, by Guilford table.
