High quality of service (QoS) requirements in multi-priority wireless sensor networks pose new challenges to the Internet of Things (IoT). In a multi-event wireless sensor network (MWSN), nodes generate different types of data packets with different priority such as urgent (high priority) or normal (low priority), with different traffic proportion.

The paper conceptualizes rurbanization to bridge the gap in the research that emanates from the propensity of urban megapolises to create clutter, which results in degraded ecology, air pollution, health hazards, lower quality of life, gender inequity, and vulnerability to natural disasters. This has exacerbated during the current global pandemic. As de-covidating initiatives are unleashed, the energy access would need appropriate and manageable scale. Urbanization cannot be sustained without a robust rural interface.

Keeping poultry makes a substantial contribution to household food security throughout the developing world. It helps diversify incomes and provides quality food, energy, fertilizer and a renewable asset in over 80 percent of rural households. Small-scale producers are however constrained by poor access to markets, goods and services; they have weak institutions and lack skills, knowledge and appropriate technologies. The organization of DNA within eukaryotic cell nuclei poses special problems and opportunities for the cell. For example, assembly of DNA into chromatin is thought to be a principle mechanism by which adventitious general transcription is repressed. However, access to genomic DNA for events such as DNA repair must be facilitated by energy-intensive processes that either directly alter chromatin structure or impart post-translational modifications, leading to increased DNA accessibility.

In the photosynthetic bacterium Rhodobacter capsulatus, the synthesis of the energy-producing hydrogenase, HupSL, is regulated by the substrate H2, which is detected by a regulatory hydrogenase, HupUV. The HupUV protein exhibits typical features of [NiFe] hydrogenases but, interestingly, is resistant to inactivation by O2. Understanding the O2 resistance of HupUV will help in the design of hydrogenases with high potential for bio-technological applications.
