This research is significant as it contributes to the global effort to combat antimicrobial resistance, providing a potential solution to this pressing public health challenge.

The chemical composition of the ginger oil from fresh rhizomes of Zingiber officinale was analyzed by GC-MS. The essential oil consists predominantly of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids, including α-pinene, limonene, δ-3-carene, γ-terpinene, α-phellandrene, and β-caryophyllene.

Litsea baviensis Lecomte, which belongs to the family Lauraceae. The plant was found in China, Thailand and Vietnam (Ban, 2003; Wu et al., 2008). In Vietnam, this species has been recorded in Lao Cai, Son La, Ha Noi, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Khanh Hoa provinces (Vietnamese as Bời lời Ba Vì). The essential oils from the needles and branch of the Abies delaveyi subsp. fansipanensis was collected in Hoang Lien Natural Park, Lao Cai province and was obtained by steam distilation and the yields of essential oils were 0.27% and 0.08% from air-dry material.
