Factors affect on the response

This study aims to determine the factors affecting customer satisfaction with logistics enterprises’ logistics services in Vietnam. Data collected through survey questionnaires sent to customers who are currently using the services of businesses. Research has shown eight factors affecting customer satisfaction, including tangible factors, reliability, guarantee, empathy, responsiveness, perceived price, customer relationship service, and relationship quality-these eight factors measured through 35 observed variables.

The study presented in this paper analyzes City Brand Attractiveness. Focusing on the city in Indonesia, namely West Bandung Regency, this study aims to examine the factors that affect the City Brand Attractiveness. The empirical application is performed on the basis of a sample of 373 visitors who have traveled to West Bandung Regency, analyzed by using Rasch Model. The findings show that tourists response to the city's attractiveness is low, the Ancillary Service factor with a low response, and the Tourism Attraction factor get high expectations from tourists responses.

Warfarin is the most widely used oral anticoagulant worldwide, but it has a narrow therapeutic index which necessitates constant monitoring of anticoagulation response. The paper shows factors affecting the implementation of social responsibility in Vietnamese fisheries export enterprises by using primary and secondary data from qualitative analysis methods combined with quantitative analysis. The results showed that both internal and external factors have an important influence on the enterprise's CSR implementation. The results illustrate that there are seven audit service quality factors affecting positively on auditor retention, and this is consistent with empirical evidence of prior studies as well as service quality literature. A higher number of interferon-related genes were found to be downregulated in the cells infected with DkPen compared to WSN. On the other hand, significant differences in the expression profiles of interferon response genes were observed in the cells expressing viral PA protein. The 26S proteasome plays a central role in the proteolytic machinery. Organism relies on proteolysis to control key regulatory proteins and enzymes. Mutation of some subunits of the 26S proteasome affects growth and development. Additionally, these mutations altered stress responses such as heat, oxidative stress, etc. Recent studies showed that altered expression of some transcription factors resulted in abnormal gene expression of subunits of the 26S proteasome.
