Clonorchiasis infection is a food-borne parasitic disease that significantly impacts on public health. Among the three species of small liver flukes, Clonorchis sinensis (C. sinensis) is the most prevalent. It is estimated that approximately 35 million individuals worldwide are infected with C. Sinensis, with those affected having a risk of developing cholangiocarcinoma. This study employed an analytical descriptive study, conducting cross-sectional surveys involving 459 individuals aged 18 and older at the study site.

This study aims to contribute to the development of a GaN/Ga2O3 diode that can be utilized in high-power device applications. The simulated device is calibrated against experimental GaN and Ga2O3 diodes, considering the effect of thickness of GaN layer and its doping concentration on the performance of GaN/Ga2O3 diodes.
