Friendly environmental awareness

This paper investigates the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) and corruption on the environmental pollution in Tunisia over the period 1984- 2014 by applying an autoregressive distributed lag model. Our results revealed the existence of Environmental Kuznets Curve in Tunisian case. The pollution haven hypothesis postulates that polluting industrial activity in developed countries is shifting to developing countries with less stringent environmental regulations. This hypothesis has been proved. Hence, this study advises to make more aware to the negative effect of corruption.

Survey of poultry waste management in Namakkal district was carried out in four villages namely, Mohanur, Valayapatty, Ladduvaddi, Parali. The main purpose of the study is to assess the awareness among the people of the selected villages of Namakkal district about the poultry waste management and its disposal viz., manure, electricity, production etc., through questionnaire survey.

This study is useful for the supermarket in Indonesia particularly in understanding customer behavior to the environmentally friendly product. So, the implementation of the marketing strategy is more precise. Besides, this study can be an input for the Indonesian Government in implementing a regulation associated with the global warming issue through research on environmental friendly product.

This study aims to review the correlation of environmental knowledge, eco-label, and perceived quality of green awareness customers with environmentally friendly products. Research method is based on a survey on 100 customers of a supermarket who are familiar with environmentally friendly products. The analysis technique conducted uses linear regression with smart tools of SPSS for testing the hypotheses of the paper.

This research investigates the current white spaces of green marketing and country of origin effects, where new research could contribute theoretical value. The conducted research examines American and Swedish consumers’ environmental awareness, willingness and initiative in contributing to their societies for future sustainability. Using a sample of 118 consumers from an intermediated questionnaire for the offline market, a conceptual framework was developed where the study created the foundation and reasonable support for the purposed framework.

Nevertheless, it also seems likely that substantial demand for voluntary GHG emission reductions can exist even where there are regulatory requirements. “Carbon neutrality” has become a goal for many companies seeking to attract customers by providing environmentally friendly products and services. Likewise, growing awareness about climate change has sparked an interest among many individuals to do their part to help solve the problem.
