Governments and countries are making efforts to overcome the consequences of climate change, especially reducing greenhouse emissions. The concept of “carbon market” was also born from there as one of the economic solutions to solve environmental problems. By studying the experiences of some countries in the Emissions Trading Mechanism, this article offers some suggestions for Vietnam to improve the legal framework as well as organize and operate the carbon market effectively.

The results of the analysis displayed that the model was acceptable which explained that variable such as environment, discount price, payment procedures and facility affect impulsive buying in traditional markets. Thus, it may be concluded that impulsive buying behavior in modern markets and traditional markets is similar. When discount prices contributed the greatest influence on the traditional markets, in modern markets, the impact was even more profound.

The research investigates the demand on education in the field of logistics management among the high school and vocational students at North Eastern of Thailand. The research explores the needs for labor market in logistics between the private enterprises and government agencies. The surveys were conducted among 830 respondents which include students, entrepreneurs, public and private enterprises through in-depth interviews and brainstorming sessions. The result indicates that the needs for further education among students, mostly female, aged between 19-21 years old. A total of 72.

This research explores how the breeders, brokers, wholesalers, and retailers, along the supply chain of beef market; contribute to the beef price volatility. This study conceptualizes the policy of beef price stabilization that affected by beef production level, market structure, and government intervention. Using phenomenological approach, the findings highlight that price volatility commences from the beef supply response and market structure.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate, compare and rank the overall efficiency based on the annual reports of companies in Malaysia stock market by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The analysis is carried out on 15 government-linked companies (GLCs) where cross-sectional data between periods of 2013 to 2017 were evaluated. Three efficiency input were considered including return on assets, return on equity and tobin’s q where the outcome or outputs were profitability.

Employing an interpretive research design with post-positivist paradigm, it was conducted in Kebon Agung Sugar Factory, Malang. The research informants were selected using snowballing technique. The informants include farmers and chairmen of farmers groups, plantation staff, company employees, and government agencies. To maintain the continuity and loyalty of sugarcane farmers to the company, the sugar factories provide various facilities, such as credit, inputs, guidance and counseling as well as technological assistance, and market guarantees for the products produced.

This research classified e-commerce models according to various criteria, formed different directions of the impact of government regulation on the e-commerce market and information management in the supply chain system.
