The present study was conducted at Bhojpur to evaluate the model through field experiments in Eastern zone of Uttar-Pradesh. The treatments included control, general recommendation dose, farmer practice, soil test crop response STCR based fertilizer dose for an yield target of 4.5 and 5.0 t ha-1 .

The squareness factor γ, defined as the ratio BHc/iHc, plays very importance role. This factor reflects the magnetization process under a reversed magnetic field in magnet. So the factor γ can be used as the critical parameter for estimating the magnet quality. For the powder compaction of 6.48 g/cm3 mass density, if γ is less than 0.48 then the preparation conditions were far from the optimal ones. The value higher than 0.48 of factor γ proves that in prepared powder the coupling between grains is enhanced.

Mung bean is a widely consumed tropical food grain legume and is generally affected by different abiotic stresses. Late Embryogenic Abundant (LEA) proteins help the plants to withstand these stresses by its multi-functional role. In this study, a VrLEA2 gene isolated from mung bean using gene specific primers was sequenced and the in silico analysis of the gene sequence revealed the presence of eight ORF regions. ORF6region showed high similarity to Em like protein of Vigna radiata (L) Wilczek.

The study was conducted to investigate some physical properties of soybean at various moisture levels. The dependence of physical properties of soybean on moisture content was determined. In the moisture range from 9.98- 27.10% (wb).The soaked soybean size increased linearly in length (6.34 - 8.95 mm), width (5.42 -6.50 mm), and thickness (4.23 - 5.35 mm) according to final moisture content. In this study, length, width and thickness models based on moisture content are defined as linear models and the regression coefficients (R2 ) related to these models are found between 0.84, 0.72 and 0.

This paper deals with studying and modeling static friction coefficient (SFC) and dynamic friction coefficient (DFC) of wheat grain as affected by several treatments. Significance of single effect (SE) and dual interaction effect (DIE) of treatments (moisture content and contact surface) on SFC and, SE, DIE, and triple interaction effect (TIE) of treatments (moisture content, contact surface and sliding velocity) on DFC were determined using statistical analysis methods. Multiple linear regression (MLR) modeling was employed to predict SFC and DFC on different contact surfaces.

The purpose of reservoir characterisation is to fi gure out the spatial distribution of petrophysical properties such as porosity, permeability and water saturation that are key parameters for construction of the geological model. Characterisation of a carbonate reservoir is often diffi cult mainly due to the complexity of its pore system. We examine a related but more challenging task, fine-grained IS determination, which involves classifying a discourse entity as one of 16 IS subtypes. We present U BY, a large-scale lexicalsemantic resource combining a wide range of information from expert-constructed and collaboratively constructed resources for English and German. It currently contains nine resources in two languages: English WordNet, Wiktionary, Wikipedia, FrameNet and VerbNet, German Wikipedia, Wiktionary and GermaNet, and multilingual OmegaWiki modeled according to the LMF standard. For FrameNet, VerbNet and all collaboratively constructed resources, this is done for the first time.

We extend the original entity-based coherence model (Barzilay and Lapata, 2008) by learning from more fine-grained coherence preferences in training data. We associate multiple ranks with the set of permutations originating from the same source document, as opposed to the original pairwise rankings. We also study the effect of the permutations used in training, and the effect of the coreference component used in entity extraction.
