The concerns of dwindling food supply and over dependence on imported foods in Nigeria, especially in the face of dwindling foreign exchange, has prompted attention of experts on how to improve production and marketing of home-grown local food crops. The study assessed the quality characteristics and price preferences of consumers of Cowpea in the Niger State, Nigeria. The study adopted the survey design using quantitative research strategy.

The greatest impact on the cadastral value of land plots is the distance to the capital of the Russian Federation and the land area. The influence of the coefficient of the length of the land plot on its cadastral value in all built specifications was not confirmed. The quality of the results was tested using Fisher test, student test, regression equation specification error test (RESET), testing of regression residues on heteroskedasticity and autocorrelation (White test, Breusch-Pagan test).

The study "Estimation of apartment value using the hedonic pricing method: The case in District 7, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam" aims to develop a mathematical model to evaluate the value of apartments in District 7, Ho Chi Minh city. This paper using the hedonic pricing model by a linear regression method. The results revealed that the environment, grading of condominiums, the distance to central, area, view, floor level are the primary descriptors of apartment value in the study area.
