The purpose of paper "Le biomimétisme: Une source d'inspiration pour le management des ressources humaines d’une entreprise de tourisme" is to examine how tourism companies can draw inspiration from the animal world, and in particular from the biomimicry of ants, in order to improve theirs human resources management. Indeed, the social system of insects has certain characteristics, such as an enhanced communication capacity and a collective intelligence, that are required for a proper management of the human resources of tourist companies that have a sustainability perspective.

The process of integrating with the popularity of digital technology has changed the way of financial accounting practices, as well as posed certain requirements on the capacity of the account and audit team. However, in fact, every year, Vietnam has tens of thousands of students graduating from colleges and universities that are major in accounting and auditing but they can not immediately meet the requirements of businesses, they even have to be retrained. Therefore, improving the quality of training is an urgent requirement for the accounting and auditing field nowadays.

This research found that local government, especially in remote and disadvantaged areas is the face of all government in the eyes of the residents. State and Federal Governments have high expectations and compliance regimes, but local government has limited capacity and resources to effectively meet these legitimate demands and also respond to the demands of the local residents and citizens. The lack of financial resources is exacerbated by limited human resource capacity, especially in the Glenelg Shire, the 5th worst local government area in the state in terms of education and occupation.

The results indicated that human resource for the health management information system was at low qualification. Only 29% of statistical staffs had graduation or post – graduate education, especially, the rate of personnel trained in statistic was very low (2.9%). The majority of staffs did the statistical activities as part-time job and the average number of years working in statistical field was 6.

The increasi1ng level of heavy metals in the water environmental represents a serious threat to human health and ecological systems. These contaminants must be removed from water resources. Various treatment technologies have been developed. In this paper, the potential of removing heavy metals from aqueous solution by using porous aluminosilicate was studied. The solid sorbents were synthesized by reaction of sodium silicate and alumino sulfate with sol-gel method.
