Impact of financial literacy on behavior of using electronic payment services in Bac Ninh

This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of financial literacy on the behavior of using electronic payment services. Based on survey data from 126 customers in the first 6 months of 2021 in Bac Ninh, using Logistic binary regression method, we found that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on behavior vi using electronic payment services.

A study of financial literacy and its impact on customer satisfaction with special reference to banks of Bagalkot district

In this study a set of research questions were asked to the respondents to identify the impact of financial literacy on customer satisfaction towards banking services. It was found that level of financial literacy was low among the respondents and there is no significant impact of financial literacy on overall customer satisfaction.
