This study aims to assess the effect of three plant growth regulators, naphthyl acetic acid (NAA), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), and indole-3 butyric acid (IBA), on the root formation of Actinidia latifolia cuttings. At the same time, seed germination and the effect of different soil and coir mixtures on the growth of kiwifruit seedlings were tested in the nursery.

A study was carried out to establish efficient and reliable in vitro propagation protocol for Gisela 5 (Prunus cerasus x Prunus canescens) - clonal cherry rootstock. Axillary and terminal buds of ‘Gisela 5’ were collected in the spring and cultured on MS medium. After the in vitro cultures were sufficiently established, experiments were conducted to assess the influence of different levels of benzyladenine (BA), kinetin (Kin), thidiazuron (TDZ), gibrellic acid (GA3) and indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) on in vitro shoot multiplication.

Study of adventitious root formation derived from node of morinda officinalis how. cultured in vitro
In this study, the role of IBA (indole3-butyric acid), method of placing node on root induction were investigated. The results showed that SH (Schenk & Hildebrandt) medium supplemented with 2 mg/L IBA was suitable for adventitious root induction of Morinda officinalis cultured in vitro.

The experiment was carried out with the aim of rapid propagation of peach (Prunus persica L. Batsch) plants. The 18 and 24 cm long stem cuttings of peach cv. Sharbati were used as rootstock and peach cv. Shan-e-Punjab was used as scion. The stents i.e. cuttings of rootstock simultaneously tongue grafted with scion cultivar after treatments of IBA (Indole-3-butyric acid viz. 0, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mgl-1 were planted in last week of December, 1st, 2nd, 3rd week of January.

An experiment was employed to identify the suitable rooting hormone and a potential hardening medium for gerbera micropropagation techniques. IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) and GA3 (Gibbrelic Acid) are taken for the study of rooting and Sand, Cocopeat, Vermicompost and Vermiculite selected alone or in combinations for the study of hardening in gerbera. Different parameters on root induction were taken similarly morphological and biochemical parameters were studies in hardend plants of gerbera.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of rooting media and Indole-3-butyric acid treatments on guava terminal cuttings cv Taiwan pink. The treatments comprised of three types of rooting media i.e., coco peat, vermiculite and saw dust and six concentrations of Indole-3-butyric acid i.e., 250 ppm, 500 ppm, 750 ppm in solution form and 1500 ppm, 3000 ppm and 6000 ppm in powdered form.

This experiment which was carried out at the experimental station in Peza Vogël (Tirana district) presents some physiological aspects of rhizogenesis in the olive propagation with green cuttings. The method has considered 13 different olive accessions originated from the genetic and phytosanitary selection process. Commercially plum is multiplied by budding and grafting which is a difficult exercise for unskilled farmers. Therefore, multiplication through semi hard wood stem cuttings in mist house has been studied with six treatments of indole-3-butyric acid concentrations (0, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 ppm) at Horticulture Research Center, HNBGU, Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand during the year 2016-17 under Ph.D. discipline. Cuttings were treated by quick dip (2 minute) method and planted in disposable glass. All observations were registered after 90 days of planting the cuttings under mist chamber.

It was determined that under the impact of supramolecular complex of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) and some phytohormones – indole acetic acid (IAA); indole butyric acid (IBA); naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) and kinetin on the productivity indicator (58.5±2.6 centner/hectares) of wheat variety "Krasnodar–99" (Triticum aestivum L.) increases relatively to control 51.9% (88.9±3.7 centner/hectare); 35,4% (79.2±3.4 centner/hectare); 7.9% (63.1±4.5 centner/hectare) and 43,9% (84.2±5.8 centner/hectare).

Giảo cổ lam (Gynostemma pentaphyllium Thunb.) là một loại dược liệu quý trong y học cổ truyền Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành nhằm xây dựng quy trình nhân giống cây Giảo cổ lam với mục đích bảo tồn và phát triển loài dược liệu quý này. Mẫu lá non và đốt thân cây giảo cổ lam in vitro được làm nguyên liệu cho các thí nghiệm khảo sát ảnh hưởng đến sự nhân giống. Mẫu lá non được cắt và nuôi cấy trên môi trường MS (môi trường Murashige và Skoog) với TDZ (thidiazuron) từ 0,1 tới 1mg/L.

Ghi nhận được khi nồng độ BA tăng thì khả năng tạo chồi và nhân nhanh sẽ gia tăng và hệ số nhân chồi đạt 5,87 lần khi BA đạt 2 mg/L sau 60 ngày nuôi cấy. Chồi được chuyển sang môi trường MS có bổ sung indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) nồng độ từ 0 – 1 mg/L cho việc tạo rễ.

This study reports, for the first time, an efficient in vitro plant regeneration protocol for Digitalis lamarckii Ivan. Via direct shoot organogenesis. Two sets of experiments were carried out; the first compared different concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP), kinetin, thidiazuron (TDZ), and zeatin alone using leaf explants excised from in vitro germinated seedlings, while the second set tested the combinations of indole-3-butyric acid (IBA).

The study reveals that the plants grown in hothouse conditions showed considerable variation in the production of flowers and seeds. Flowering occurs from the second week of September to late October, with 20 days of peak flowering. Anthers dehisced longitudinally between 7:30 and 11:00 AM, strongly dependent on higher temperature.
