In this study, financial performance is assessed through three indicators ROA (return of assets), ROE (return of equity), NIM (net profit margin). Based on previous domestic and foreign studies, the research has selected a suitable model for Vietnam with 08 factors affecting financial performance including bank size (SIZE), equity to total assets (CAP), operating expenses to operating income (CIR), risk provision (RISK), bank age (AGE), fixed assets to total assets (TANG), gross domestic product growth rate (GDP) and inflation rate (INF).

This study aims to evidence the state pattern of the relationship between unemployment, supply chain strategy, and economic growth by investigating the accuracy of the Okun’s Law and the Phillips’ Curve in Indonesia. Time series data are sourced from the World Bank. As an addition to the independent variable, the dependency ratio is acknowledged to investigate unemployment based on the premise that a high dependency ratio will reduce the unemployment rate.

The main purpose of this paper is to show a sustainable growth rate in 2018 and 2019 for 44 enterprises in Viet Nam belonging to the transportation construction and pharma sectors. The author build and use the vector autoregressive model (VAR) to discover factors affecting the gold price in Vietnam and the impact of each factor. Data research used in this study were monthly data for the period December 2000 to December 2019, including 10 variables. The results show that the current gold price in Vietnam is mostly affected by its historical prices, and is also affected by four other factors: world gold price, investors’ expectations, foreign exchange rate, and M2 money supply.

In this paper a Pooled Ordinary Least Square model has been considered for some Southeast Asia countries in order to study the direct effects of world oilprice shocks and real interest rate on inflation. Our results canbe summarized as follows: For seven Southeast Asian countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines and Singapore, world crude oil price and real interest rate both have statistical significant negative impact on inflation.

This research applies the feedforward artificial neural network (ANN) with a backpropagation algorithm to predict the inflation rate of Vietnam for the year 2022 using a historical dataset from 2000 to 2021. The forecast shows a close similarity to the actual figures, implying that the built-up ANN model is efficient and applicable.
