This study investigates the perceptions of 43 English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers regarding the benefits and challenges associated with using new textbooks in high school settings. The research employs a combination of questionnaire surveys and semistructured interviews to explore teachers’ perceptions and experiences.

The triangulated data results are surprisingly revealing in many essential aspects of vocabulary instruction, ranging from selecting vocabulary, teaching vocabulary directly and indirectly, explaining vocabulary meanings, teaching vocabulary through skills in various teaching phases in class. Hopefully, the findings of the study have provided an insightful understanding of vocabulary teaching practices in the primary school settings in Vietnam. From these empirical findings, relevant implications are suggested for better vocabulary instruction to young learners in Vietnam.

The Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits (“Rules”), ICC Publication No. 525, shall apply to all Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements where they are incorporated into the text of the Reimbursement Authorisation. They are binding on all parties thereto, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Reimbursement Authorisation.
