Internal Carotid artery

Tắc đa tầng tuần hoàn não trước được định nghĩa là các trường hợp hẹp nghiêm trọng (≥ 90% đường kính) hoặc tắc hoàn toàn động mạch cảnh trong (internal carotid artery - ICA) đoạn ngoại sọ do xơ vữa hoặc lóc tách động mạch kết hợp với tắc ICA đoạn nội sọ và/hoặc động mạch não giữa (middle cerebral artery - MCA) đoạn M1, 2. Bài viết trình bày đánh giá kết quả của việc đặt stent động mạch cảnh trong điều trị tắc đa tầng tuần hoàn não trước (tandem occlusion - TO).
