The study was conducted to evaluate the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on tax avoidance in Vietnam, when having moderating effect of chief executive officers’ power (CEO power). The study uses a data sample of 499 listed non-financial companies in the period 2016 to 2022 with 3,493 observations. We use the feasible generalized least squares model to assess the impact of CSR with the moderating effect of CEO power on tax avoidance.

While considering the Malaysian hospitality industry, the database was developed. This study focuses on the sustainable supplier selection in Malaysia palm oil refining and oleochemical manufacturing industry. A sustainable supply chain could lead to smoothness in the long run and thus ensure higher excellence and productivity. The paper shows the practical implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) of Vietnamese textile and apparel enterprises by using primary and secondary data from qualitative analysis methods combined with quantitative analysis. The results showed that most of Vietnam's export enterprises were initially aware of the importance of CSR but there was still a gap between large and small and medium-sized enterprises.

The paper shows factors affecting the implementation of social responsibility in Vietnamese fisheries export enterprises by using primary and secondary data from qualitative analysis methods combined with quantitative analysis. The results showed that both internal and external factors have an important influence on the enterprise's CSR implementation. Currently, with the trend of opening up the integration, business activities towards sustainable development, the fisheries export enterprises have made great efforts in implementing social responsibility.

This study investigates the relationship between perceived internal CSR practices and Organizational Commitment (OC) among employees in the banking sector of Vietnam. Data were collected through a self-administered survey method from 300 employees of major bankings of Vietnam. The findings of the study reveal that perceived internal CSR practices have a significant and strong positive relationship with an organizational commitment among employees. Practices in corporate social responsibility explained 64.8% of the total variation on employee commitment.
