The purpose of this study is to identify the sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) by using factor analysis (exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis). Using a survey questionnaire, data were collected 230 respondents from private hospitals in Malaysia. The findings found that the factor analysis for SSCM model was fit and acceptable with four dimensions (environment, information and communications technology, culture change, and risk management).

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of total quality management practices on corporate social responsibility in Malaysian hotels using the supply chain management model, namely, the supply chain operations reference model (SCOR). While considering the Malaysian hospitality industry, the database was developed. For a sample of 250 Malaysian hotels, with 3-5 stars, the database comprised of representative parameters related to CSR and TQM.

This research aims at analyzing the influence of innovation on the performance of organizations with reference to healthcare industry. The influence on organizational performance by SC efficiency, supplier cooperation, innovation, and quality management practices (QM) has been shown by the research model. The structural equation modeling was used to test the hypothesis and proposed research model. The data was collected from about 243 hospitals. It has been supported by the results that there is positive association between SC innovation constructs and organizational performance.

The purpose of study "Emotional intelligence, integrated supply chain management, employee commitment and creative behavior in Indonesian hospitals" is to examine the relationship between emotional intelligence (EI), employee commitment (EC), psychological well-being and employee creative behavior. This study investigated that how EI alter EC and employee creative behavior. Employee creative behavior is lacking among the employees of health organizations in Indonesia, that is the reason health organizations were selected in this study.

The study showed that the acceptance level of the observed variables reached the Cronbach's Alpha confidence level above 0.7 and the Corrected Item - Total Correlation value of the accepted observed variable over 0.3. Research results with the absolute value of factor loading above 0.5 are optimal, and the observed variables are statistically significant. This study has identified the observed variables for the factors of the theoretical framework. The study results can establish a measurement for further quantitative research with an expanded research scope in the future.

This research aims to identify the main issues on healthcare supply chain management literature, to analyse a real healthcare unit supply chain. The results are a framework compiling literature review, that allowed redesigning the medicines and materials supply chain of a network of hospitals in Brazil.
