Forest height is one of the influential information for managing forest cover and is also one of the criteria to evaluate the growth of organisms in the forest ecosystem. This paper suggests a novel coherence optimization algorithm to increase the accuracy of forest height estimation using the L-band PolInSAR images.

In the case of dimension one, this problem was studied by Lappan and Hinkkanen. The main purpose of this paper is to extend the result of Tan in to the case of hypersurface targets. Our result is also the counterpart of the result of Son and Tan in on the normality criterion of holomorphic mappings.

Using the second main theorem of value distribution theory and Borel’s lemma, Nevanlinna proved that for two nonconstant meromorphic functions \(f\) and \(g\) on the complex plane C, if they have the same inverse images for five distinct values, then \(f \equiv g\), and that \(g\) is a special type of linear fractional transformation of \(f\) if they have the same inverse images, counted with multiplicities, for four distinct values.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the most versatile and informative imaging modality for the diagnosis of locomotor injuries in many animal species; however, veterinary literature describing the MRI of the dromedary camel tarsus is lacking. Our purpose was to describe and compare the MRI images of twelve cadaveric tarsi, examined in a 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner, with their corresponding anatomical gross sections.

In this article, we introduce the application of 3D - FLAIR sequence without contrast enhancement on detecting abnormalities of cranial nerve pathology by presenting two cases, acute vestibular neuritis and facial nerve palsy. We suggest that 3D - FLAIR is the relatively useful sequence in detecting cranial nerve pathologies.

This article presents a new approach for estimating the depth, size, and metabolic heat generation rate of a tumour. For this purpose, the surface temperature distribution of a breast thermal image and the dynamic neural network was used. The research consisted of two steps: forward and inverse. For the forward section, a finite element model was created. The Pennes bio-heat equation was solved to find surface and depth temperature distributions. Data from the analysis, then, were used to train the dynamic neural network model (DNN).

A uniqueness theorem for meromorphic mappings with hypersurfaces and without counting multiplicities
In 1926, R. Nevanlinna [6] showed that for two nonconstant meromorphic functions f and g on the complex plane C , if they have the same inverse images for five distinct values then f=g. In 1975, H. Fujimoto [4] generalized the above result to the case of meromorphic mappings of m C into n.
