This study focuses on a review of the literature on innovation capability and business performance among 3PL service providers in Malaysia. This study focuses on four attributes of innovation capability: (i) service innovation, (ii) process innovation, (iii) marketing innovation and (iv) management innovation. It contributes to the body of knowledge in this field by identifying the significant factors that influence innovativeness that will lead to a higher level of business performance among 3PL providers in Malaysia.

This study contributes to the entrepreneurship literature, social capital theory, the resource-based view, and incremental innovation, by revealing that entrepreneurial proactiveness and social adaptability are positively associated with structural and relational capital building. Structural capital is positively related to human capital acquisition, and there is a positive relationship between relational capital and tacit knowledge acquisition.

Common carp (Cyprinus carpio) is highly important culturable species in freshwater and cultured throughout the globe. Its farming require formulated feed with balance protein and energy. Most of the time fish meal is used as a protein source, but it is not acceptable from sustainability point of view. The replacement of fish meal by plant based protein source is advised. The main goal of this study is to explore the insights and views from knowledge management (KM) and E-learning (EL) research scholars through a face-to- face interview for determining the relationship between KM and EL as well as for adopting KM in an EL system. We conducted this study based on the review of existing concepts and frameworks of KM and EL available in the secondary sources of information, and the findings of the face-to-face interviews of 17 (Seventeen) KM and EL research scholars from all over the world.
