This research analizes factors which influence land users whose land is acquired for public purposes, therefore, proposes a number of solutions to improve compulsory land acquisition (CLA) in Vietnam. The supposed factors include legal basis on CLA, the attitude of affected land users towards projects, the knowledge level of land users in law, Disagreement between the Government and the land users (price and other factors).
