This research investigates the impact of changing educational environment on five overseas students’ autonomous learning in Australia. Using the learning ecology framework, the study examines the correlation between changes in the learning environment and the degree of autonomy achieved by the learners.

The study was carried out for 6 weeks in the first semester of school year 2023-2024 at Dong Nai University, Vietnam. The research employed a quantitative method by using a questionnaire to gather data from 80 English-majored students.

Graduation thesis "The application of autonomous lexical learning of first-year non-English major - A case study at Hai Phong University of Management and Technology" aims to help the first-year non-English major students understand the importance of vocabulary learning and its relationship to listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The article then goes deep into the investigation of the main method for non-major students at HPU to learn the language. Finally, the topic offers some suggestions for efficient vocabulary learning to aid English learners in expanding their vocabulary.
